So… I was reorganizing my stash earlier today, only to realize just how many WIPs I have laying about. Usually the patterns that I make myself I end up finishing.
But for some reason. the patterns/kits I pick up end up as UFOs (UnFinished Objects)
So I snapped a few pictures, and thought I’d put them up. Maybe you guys can make me feel bad enough about them to actually get around to finishing them. Most of them aren’t as ‘nerdy’ as my usual works, which is probably why I get distracted. Regardless, here they are:
Most of you are familiar with the Mighty Samurai by now, if you’ve looked into my older entries at all. Here’s a more recent progress pic to prove that I do work on him… occasionally.

Yes, him again.
Probably won’t have much time to work on him this week, what with Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood coming out tomorrow.
Hopefully the next pictures I post will be from the Deathly Hallows midnight viewing. I need some good pictures of my costume.

So, while I haven’t gotten all that much done on the samurai, I did want to take a picture of his face before and after backstitching.
All the skintones are done, ‘cept three stitches in his ear.
May need to do some of the colors around his head before I do the backstitching, so it’ll look weird with a random aura of background. xD
But! I want to do the backstitching as I go, rather than leave it all for last end end up wanting to KILL MYSELF from having to tackle it all. O.o
I hate backstitching…

So I’ve started my next project. Granted, I don’t have much started on it just yet, but I thought I’d post a progress shot anyway.
I started it… well, technically yesterday.
So this will help me calculate how long it will take to finish it.

So, while moving and organizing my craft supplies I found this piece nearly completed. The only thing left to do was a little bit of the bar on the left side.
So, I took a few moments to complete it.
It’s from a Janlynn kit. I’ll probably send it to my mother.
